Who is Alpha to Omega Travels?

Alpha to Omega Travels is a full service online travel company that makes travel arrangements for individuals and groups. Alpha to Omega Travels is your opportunity to experience the vacation of a lifetime designed with personal attention, passion, and the best service the travel industry has to offer. Alpha to Omega Travels is owned by Ncheri Entertainment.

Is Alpha to Omega Travels a certified and licensed company?

Yes, we are certified with TRUE and CLIA. We also hold a $1M general liability insurance policy and E&O insurance.

What are the current operating hours of Alpha to Omega Travels?

Temporarily, our business operating hours are Monday-Friday, from 9AM to 7PM EST. Our online booking portal will continue to operate 24/7. We will evaluate bringing these service offerings back when travel demands increase.

What form of payments are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards/debit cards on our website.

For individual reservations (private reservations), we accept credit cards over the phone with a 3.5% fee.

Most clients set up AutoPay at checkout to have their monthly payments pulled from their bank accounts or charged to their credit/debit cards automatically.

Do you provide refunds?

All payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

Do I have to make a payment every month?

You should make every effort to make a payment every month. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.

Are there any penalties for paying my vacation off early?

No. You can make early payments and even pay off your entire vacation without paying any penalties or fees.

What happens if I make my payments, but my roommate(s) fail to pay?

You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.

Can I make reservations on an event after the payments have begun?

Yes, you can make reservations for any event at any time as long as the reservations are still open. You will need to make the first deposit and then every month make monthly payments.

What happens after I make my reservations?

Once you make your reservation, you will receive an account summary. Your account summary will list your monthly payment plan. This is setup by default to charge your credit card every month, or you can choose to turn off the automatic monthly billing option. (Pay in full)

Do you provide roommate matching?

Yes, we can arrange for roommate matching on select travel packages. We do not guarantee a roommate, but will try our best to secure roommate assignment.

What happens if my roommate drops out and cancel their reservation?

If your roommate cancels their reservations, your account will be adjusted to the package price according to the new occupancy in your room.

When will I receive the itinerary for my trip?

Itineraries are sent to each client 30 days before the event via email.

How can I protect my investment?

We offer two options for travel insurance.

When you work with Alpha to Omega Travels, you receive a one-of-a-kind itinerary that is custom-built for you. Each element will be painstakingly researched and vetted to ensure you make memories full of special moments.

We charge a small planning fee that allows us to conduct the deep-dive research necessary to select the best properties and fill your itineraries with activities that will ensure that you’ll be talking about your trip for years to come.

Our Travel Research and Planning Fees:

$150 solo travel

$300 leisure travel

$500 group travel (additional fees apply for groups over 20 people)

$1499 Wedding Planning

Includes all the benefits listed above and more*. This allows your Travel Advisor to work for you and not the travel suppliers. We will always have your best interests in mind and do what is best for you instead of trying to save a booking for the travel partner.
