VINTAGE VERSACE TRAIN COSMETIC JEWELLERY CASE
It may be cleaned, not sure as I only cleaned it with mild dishsoap to get out the superficial. It has double zippers, is off white in color, and has a hadle for carrying. It is a hard sided case, and the outside fabric appears to be a polyester.
