Vintage 18″ Vanity suitcase with Accessories

Up for bid is a nice Vintage 18″ Vanity suitcase with Accessories. This suitcase is in good condition is made from some type of weave fabric, but I just do not know what kind. There are some marks on the outside as well as some stains on the inside ( see pics ). It comes with a floral design mirror and brush. It also has a comb and 2 bottles that probably held lotion and perfume. The mirror shows silvering due to its age but is functional. The suitcase latches when closed, however, there are no keys. All items are intact. Dimensions are 18″x12″x4.5″ deep.

Outstanding Antique Brown Seal Leather Suitcase Luggage Document Carrier. Up for sale is a very high quality antique handmade leather Sky-Chief briefcase by K. Kaufmann & Co. Newark NJ.. Beautiful old suitcase. What a great look this bag has. Leather has a lot of patina, definitely has character. It’s wrapped in a very thick black seal leather with a lovely textured finish and extremely well made. It has two pivoting handles and nickel plated locks on the front. There are also nickel plated studs/legs on the bottom. The suitcase has two closable compartments. each compartment has covers that snap closed with spring loaded shafts that hold the rings. There is an outside zip-up compartment with loop holders for items. It measures 18 1/2 inches long by 14 1/2 inches wide by 7 1/2 inches thick. Has two keys. Would make a great display piece or perhaps a stage prop. This bag shows age and wear consistent with use. Please see photos to determine the condition for yourself as everyone grades differently. Vintage Stripped Hard Sided Cosmetic Suitcase

Wonderful old suitcase with mirror, comb and bottles all in very good condition, no chips or cracks. Back of the mirror is a picture of Elinor Powell an actress during the Hollywood period 1930 1940. The pockets along the side are tight and the handle outside is secure and strong. There are two small marks on the inside bottom that show a stain. Both outside locks work a d best of all there is a key and IT WORKS. Measures 15x11x5 1/2
